  • I recevied my shrimps but the color are dulll and doesn't look like the pictures
    Like fishes, shrimps can be stress during shipping. When they are stress, the color become dull, lighter than they normally are. After they are introcuced to the new tanks and get comfortalble with the new enviroments, they will reain their color within 24-28 hours.
  • How do I acclimate the shrimps into my tanks
    Shrimp are sensitive to any change to the water parameters : tempurature, ph, tds, gh ,kh ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. Any immediate changes can cause shock and casuality. The best way to introduction shrimps to your tank is by drip acclimatings, recomended 1 drop/seonds for at least 1 hour or until the water in the container is 90% your tank water. By doing that, shrimps will slowly adjust to your water parameters. Before getting the shrimps, It is highly recomended to adjust your water parameter to match the water that the shrimps are keeping in so that the shrimps will have esasier time to transittions.
  • What fishes can I keep with freshwater drawf shrimps.?
    The rules of thumbs is if the shrimps seems to fit in the mouth of the fish, the fish will eat the shrimps. In natural, shrimps are natural food for most of the fishes as long as shrimps fit for the fishes' mouth.If you are looking to breed shrimps, it is highly recomded to keep shrimps seperately in their own tank becuase the shrimplets are tiny and can be eaten by many of the small fishes.
  • Why is my shrimps keep dieing?
    There are so many reasons that shrimps die. But the most common reaons is the water quality
  • I received my order that have some DOAs. What do I do next?
    Depending on the situation, you are most likely are protected under our Live Arrival Guarantee Policy. 1- Find out if you are eligible.Please note, under somes circumstances our Live Arrival Guarantee will be voided. * Packages being left outside for extended periods of time. * Packages is unable to deliver the first time. * Packages lost due to thief. * Livestock arrived healthy, but dies after being acclimated to your tanks. 2- Follow step by step to file a Dead On Arrival Claim. * Take 3 clear pictures of livestocks next to our shipping labels. * Send us those pics via ShrimpRack@gmail.com. Let us know what condition the pacakge upon arrival. Please help us to have better understanding of the situation. For example: Is the package damged? How was the weather like? 3- We will review your claims and let you know if the claim is approved. For more details please visit our Live Arrival Guarantee Policy.   • I placed an orders but haven't recieved my tracking number for my orders yet.
    Depending on when and what you order, your package will be shipped out accordingly to our shipping schedule. Once we ship out your package, confirmation of shipment with tracking number will be sent to your registered emails. Monday - Live Animals/Plants and Hard Goods. Tuesday - Live Animals/Plants and Hard Goods. Wednesday -Hard Goods. Thursday - Hard Goods Only. Friday - Hard Goods Only. Saturday -Live Animals/Plants and Hard Goods. Sunday - No Shipping ​ Live Animal/Plants orders place after Monday 10:00 pm PST, will not ship until Saturday morning same week. Request of shipping Live Animals/Plants on other days of the week can be made, however, this will void our D.O.A. policy because there is a high chance that Live Animals/Plants will be hold at the post office ware house during Sunday. ​ WE ARE ALSO HAVE RIGHT TO DELAY THE SHIPPING WHEN WE THINK THE WEATHER IS NOT OPTIMAL TO SHIP LIVE ANIMALS/PLANTS ​

    Once, we shipped our your order. Shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent to your emails that you use to register.

  • Do you have retail location where I can pick up my orders?
    While we do not have store front, we offer local pick ups. If you would like to pick up your orders locally, please call our number or send us an email letting us know. We will reach out to you to arrange the tuime
  • Do you ship with heat packs or cold packs ?
    We ship all year around. Depending on the weather, we will include heat packs, cold packs or no packs. After all, we wants limit the risk of DOA, therefore we will have to make sure our live stock will be comfortable during transit anytime of the year.
  • I received my tracking number but I was unable to track it. Did you actually ship the order?
    Due to the volume of packages that we ship out, occasionally, we will prepared the labels the day before your package is shipped. Until we drop off your pacakge at the carrier facilities the next day, your tracking will show "invalid". Please allow us some time to prepare your orders carefully. On very rare occasion, the carrier would missed-scan your pacakge. When this happened, your order will still be on their way. Tracking will be updated once the pacakge get scanned at the next facility within 1-2 days. If the tracking still show "invalid" for the next 2-3days, please contact us.We will try our best to help you to locate your pacakge. Eventhough, we try our best to limit lost but unforunately,
